American Institute for Cancer Research highlights Dr. Chapkin's work
         Dr. Chapkin's work is highlighted in the latest newsletter (November 30th 2011, Issue 84) of American Institute for Cancer Research. Excerpts from the article: "A body of laboratory research by Robert S. Graduate Students Participate in Product Development Competition
         Congratulations to the two teams from the Food Science Department at Texas A&M University, the “Pulcers” and “Trigrano” who won 2nd and 3rd places, respectively, in the recently concluded American Association of Cereal Chemists International (AACCIntl) Product Development Competition (PDC), held in Palm Springs, CA on October 16-19, 2011.
